Support is free and always will be. It’s a key benefit of choosing Floodgate and includes online help, Live Chat, tutorials and telephone or email support. We have support teams based in Europe and Australasia which allows us to be available around the clock no matter what time zone you’re in.
Our prices range from $399/month for 1000 leads/year to $45,000 for 100,000 leads. With volume pricing, we pre-purchase your usage from the Cloud and pass on the savings. That’s anywhere from $5 a lead to $0.45 per lead which is highly cost effective for the value Floodgate delivers.
Monthly plans do expire each month, while Volume Pricing never expires and can roll on to multiple years. (Fair usage policies apply.)
Floodgate App are not a payment gateway, however we can recommend some for you depending on your region and needs. Just ask.
Floodgate works beautifully on tablets, phones, laptops and large screens. As long as there is an internet connection you’re good to go. Many users choose iPad 2’s and above because of their battery life and durability. iPad Mini 4 and later model iPads may process data faster and give a smoother experience to donors. Samsung Galaxy Tab A has also been a great device.
Floodgate software is designed to be light in use, so it works works well on older devices. You can email us to check. It is always recommended to use an up-to-date web browser to ensure hardware security.
SHA–256 Cryptographic Hash Algorithm. This is a cryptographic hash (sometimes called ‘digest’) which is a kind of ‘signature’ for a text or a data file. SHA–256 generates an almost-unique 256-bit (32-byte) signature for a text, which is highly secure.
By design Floodgate personnel cannot access your data. Only authorised users can access donor data, and you can see a full list of Active users on your account. As above, you can set detailed user access controls and privileges.
Yes, it’s very easy to import data from 3rd party applications such as CRMs and Cloud based applications. Data mapping out of the box means there is no downtime in processing your data.
